Dr Orange and his staff were amazing when my baby girl Salem was sick. Although she needed to see a cardiologist, Dr Orange continued communication with the cardiologist and us to make sure Salem was getting the best possible care. Unfortunately Salem passed away in January. We just adopted our new dog Mia and Dr Orange has been wonderful with her. Thank you Lexington Animal Hospital staff for everything you did for Salem. I appreciate a doctor who can admit when they're unsure, which Dr. Orange did when he waited on writing a prescription for my kitten because he was so small. He cares more about your animals than his ego.

Lexington Animal Hospital is also fairly priced. I will continue to take all of my animals there.

I love ,love, love Dr. Barry Orange he is the absolute best vet in Central Jersey, I have been with him over 23 years even now as I am located in S. FL. he is the only door my pets cross.. he is in it for the animals not about the money!!! Many of you don't know him the way I do he was at Ground Zero when we were attacked at the World Trade Center searching for survivors with the K -9 division. . He also works with rescues and police departments to save lives. I walked in hi front door with my daughters after being in Fl. And he immediately remembered me and all of my pets that he has treated and kept healthy for years. Like it was only yesterday. .I would drive from Fords to him with 6 dogs because he was honest..if you truly love your pet. This is the only place to take them..thank you Lexington Animal Hospital and Dr. Orange. Xoxo

Best bet around. We love Dr Orange and have taken our 4 dogs to him over several years. Best part is, he does not push for expensive tests when they are not needed and he is able to use his skill, knowledge and expertise over providing super expensive tests that will show the same results that Dr Orange came to just with his examination!

Dr. Orange has helped me with cats I've found -- scooped one off the street, he'll see me the same day to make sure the cat is healthy and, if not, can get started on treatments right away.

He's fixed all my pets (except the one who turned out to already have a spay scar years ago -- haha). He amputated the leg of one of my adopted animals after she was found with a severe leg injury. The amputation was beautifully done and never, ever caused her any problems or pain or discomfort or anything through her long, long life (she lived 13+ years with the amputation).

Dr. Orange has also helped me with end-of-life for my terminally ill pets, too. When I lost one of my cats due to an emergency, the hospital sent me a condolences card even though they were not involved with that emergency at all and I didn't think they knew about it.

Above all, Dr. Orange & the staff care about the animals and making them well and healthy above all. That's the top priority and you can see it in everything they do.

But Lexington does well on the smaller stuff, too. Everyone is very friendly, the facility is very clean, and the building is very easily accessible with good parking.

I met Doc Orange when I first found my puppy in a bad boneyard she was 75 pounds under weight 9 years later I call there office when my dog coughs wrong. Doc Orange and his staff go above and beyond all other vet offices. He is genuine because he cares more about your animals then he cares about how you may interpret him.
My animals mean the absolute world to me the day I found my dog is the day I was saved. Doctor Orange is definitely rough around the edges but he is one of the most compassionate understanding reliable veterinarians I have ever met.
Doc I want to thank you for your dedication to your practice and how you have been there for my family from the day we met. Your definitely rough on the edges but it makes you a much better person because I know you care more about my animals then about me and for that I will always be thankful

This vet has my respect 100%.... My dog was so ichy .. One vet said he has allergs and would give him pills .. At 60.00 for two weeks.. That was not Oliver's problem .. He had mites and dr orange said to give him revolution and he would be free of them. Dr orange took a scraping and had it looked at... Now we have a happy dog again. Thank you so much.
